David Bohigian
Managing Partner, Pluribus Impact Capital

David Bohigian is the Managing Partner of Pluribus Impact Capital, a venture capital and private equity fund of funds seeking superior returns and extraordinary impact across multiple sectors. Bohigian has extensive experience in investment, management, and international development.

He has led and advised innovative financial services firms, most recently leading the Overseas Private Investment Corporation’s transformation to the Development Finance Corporation – a U.S. Government agency established with bipartisan legislation he helped pass. OPIC has invested over $100 billion across more than 100 countries.

As Acting CEO, Bohigian approved more than $5B in deals, from small businesses that empower women to major international infrastructure projects. Earlier, he worked on the core management team of the world’s largest hedge fund, helped develop machine learning themes for a leading global investment bank, and pioneered new business models as a venture capitalist. In the Bush Administration, Bohigian was the Assistant Secretary of Commerce for International Trade.

Debbie Brown
President, Colorado Business Roundtable

Debbie Brown serves as the President of the Colorado Business Roundtable. The Colorado Business Roundtable (COBRT) is a public policy organization of executives from some of the state’s largest employers working to strengthen the state’s economic vitality. COBRT engages with elected leaders, business and nonprofit leaders, and other strategic allies to improve the business climate in our state by unapologetically amplifying the voice of business. COBRT is the state affiliate of the National Business Roundtable (BRT). Based in Washington, D.C., BRT is an association of chief executive officers of leading U.S. companies working to promote sound public policy and a thriving U.S. economy.

Debbie has been recognized as one of the Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Colorado by the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce and a Who’s Who in Energy by the Denver Business Journal. Debbie was recently added to the Advisory Council of the Women’s Democracy Network, established by the International Republican Institute, which believes that a full and robust democracy depends on the equal participation of women.

Michael Lane
Head of iShares U.S. Wealth Advisory, BlackRock

Michael Lane is Head of iShares U.S. Wealth Advisory and a member of the US Wealth Advisory and US iShares Executive Committees. Working with financial advisors for nearly three decades, Michael oversees the development of advisor centric solutions, due diligence and implementation of iShares, helping advisors build better portfolios with core, fixed income, factor and model-based ETFs.

Prior to joining iShares at BlackRock in 2018, Michael served as the Global Head of Strategic Retirement Initiatives at Dimensional Fund Advisors, responsible for the strategic development and global distribution of retirement solutions for one of the world’s premier asset managers. During his 14-year tenure at Dimensional, Michael played a range of leadership roles, including CEO of Dimensional SmartNest LLC, providing customized managed account solutions for defined contribution plans. He additionally worked in the office of the chairman as well as leading the development of the retirement, broker-dealer, bank and TAMP businesses. Prior to Dimensional, Michael served as a director of advisor services at TIAA-CREF.

Michael has published three books, including Secrets of the Wealth Makers, as well as a range of articles on financial planning and advisory practices. A member of the Carson Wealth FinServ Advisory Council, he is kicking off the FinServ Foundation’s Next-Gen program – an initiative that will focus on bringing diverse talent to the financial services industry.

An ’89 graduate of Binghamton University in New York, he serves as an Executive Committee member of the Binghamton University Foundation Board and received the Medal of Distinguished Service in 2019. As a former men’s tennis student-athlete at Binghamton, the tennis complex was renamed the “Lane Tennis Center,” based on his passion for the sport and involvement with the program. Most importantly, Michael is a father of three, residing with his family in Austin, Texas.

Chris Wright
Chief Executive Officer, Liberty Energy

Self-described tech nerd turned entrepreneur, Chris Wright serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Liberty Energy. Chris is a dedicated humanitarian with a passion for bringing the benefits of energy to every community in the world. This passion has inspired a career in energy working not only in oil and gas but also fusion, solar, and geothermal. Chris embraces all sources of energy if they are abundant, affordable, and reliable.

Chris has become a bold advocate, bringing rational thought to the energy dialogue. He has spoken on energy and the merits of the Shale Revolution to the UK House of Lords, and state and federal lawmakers, with multiple appearances on network TV, documentaries, and podcasts. Recently, Chris’ #ThankYouNorthFace campaign went viral with over 5 million views, forcing a sober discussion on the multiple uses of oil and gas in products.

Chris completed an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering at MIT and graduate work in Electrical Engineering at both UC Berkeley and MIT. Chris founded Pinnacle Technologies and served as CEO from 1992 to 2006. Pinnacle created the hydraulic fracture mapping industry and its innovations helped launch commercial shale gas production in the late 1990s. Chris was Chairman of Stroud Energy, an early shale gas producer, before its sale to Range Resources in 2006. Additionally, Chris founded and serves as Executive Chairman of Liberty Resources and Liberty Midstream Solutions and also sits on the Board of Directors for Urban Solutions Group, and the Federal Reserve Bank, Denver Branch.

Chris grew up and currently lives in Colorado with his wife, Liz. He is a passionate father, skier, cyclist, climber, and outdoor enthusiast. He serves on the board of numerous nonprofits including PERC, ACE Colorado, ACE Montana, PRI, and the YCCF.
