Kirk Mielenz

CEO

Kirk is co-founder and the CEO of RevGen Partners, a Colorado-headquartered business and technology
consulting firm. As CEO, Kirk views his role primarily as “enabler-in-chief” providing the vision, direction,
resources, and trust to empower people – employees, clients, and the broader community.

In 2008, Kirk and his fellow co-founders took a leap of faith and embarked on a journey to build RevGen, a
professional services firm that that would enable its clients, people, and community in new and significant ways.

RevGen was recognized by Inc. Magazine four years in a row as one of the fastest-growing private companies in the US; and for the past ten years in a row the firm has been named a Denver Post Top Workplace. In 2019, RevGen was recognized by the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce as a Champion of Change and for the past three years RevGen has been honored as one of The Colorado Civic 50. The firm’s commitment to their clients’ success is demonstrated by their 90%+ client re-engagement rate.

From the beginning of his consulting career more than 20 years ago, Kirk has focused on capitalizing on
business challenges in both functional and technical contexts for Fortune 1000 companies in highly-regulated
industries. Today, Kirk leads a values-driven firm of over 150 consulting and industry experts who deliver
consulting services that span analytics and insights, customer experience, digital enablement, and technology solutions to the Fortune 1000 and midmarket alike. RevGen is best known for their collaborative, practical approach to enabling their clients to navigate disruption and thrive.

Kirk holds a bachelor degree in international business and finance from Regis University; and an MBA and a JD from The American University. He is a licensed attorney in the state of Colorado. After a brief experience within the legal arena, Kirk sought opportunities for more variety and creative problem-solving which led him to the world of business consulting.

Not content to only solve problems for clients, from early in his career Kirk has been actively involved in
philanthropic, non-profit, and community focused organizations. Currently, Kirk is active in several
organizations and serves on the Boards of Directors of CollegeInvest and the Denver Metro Chamber of
Commerce (Executive Committee and Legislative Policy Committee).

Kirk and his wife, Brenna, are the proud parents of three children. As a family they enjoy traveling and
participating in a variety of community-related activities and recreational sports.
