Kay is a civil engineer and senior project manager with nearly 30 years of comprehensive experience in providing consulting services for civil and environmental engineering projects. Throughout her career, Kay has served diverse clients in the municipal, commercial, and Federal sectors. In addition to her technical expertise, Kay has also held various internal operations and staff management positions. Currently, as the Operations Leader for five regional offices within the eastern portion of the Southwest Geography of Jacobs’ Building and Infrastructure Americas, Kay oversees a significant portfolio with annual revenue exceeding $100 million. With a team of over 400 employees specializing in engineering, scientific, and architectural services, Kay is responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring exceptional client service, maintaining technical excellence, fostering growth, and nurturing staff development. Key markets served include aviation, built environment, geospatial, transportation, and water.
