Hannah Oh is the Global Strategic Integration Lead for Boeing Defense Global Growth & Engagement, leveraging experience across business development, strategy, program management, and defense acquisitions. In this role, Oh develops and executes the Defense Global Engagement Plan to strengthen customer relationships and strategic communications with stakeholders.

Prior to her current role, Oh was the Senior Strategic Integration Specialist for a 511-person Business Development organization in 16 locations. She partnered with executive leaders to develop annual priorities and implement 25 strategic initiatives, achieving a 92% completion rate within one year to improve organizational effectiveness.

Previously, Oh served as Chief of Staff to the Vice President of Cargo & Utility Helicopter Programs, where she established and led operating rhythms for the H-47 Chinook and MH-139A Grey Wolf programs. Oh started at Boeing as a Procurement Agent in Vertical Lift Supply Chain, placing $500 million in sub-contracts and managing eight supplier accounts to increase production for the H-47 Chinook and V-22 Osprey programs, exceeding a 90% on-time delivery rate.

Prior to joining Boeing, Oh was an Acquisition Research Analyst at the U.S. Department of Defense, serving a congressional panel to streamline defense acquisition regulations. Oh contributed to the panel’s submission of 98 recommended reform proposals to the U.S. Congress and Department of Defense to improve the agility and adaptability of the defense acquisition system.

Oh has a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Claremont McKenna College and Master of Business Administration from Villanova School of Business.
