Brett Spenst

President and CEO, AdventHealth Rocky Mountain Region

Brett Spenst serves as president and chief executive officer for AdventHealth Rocky Mountain Region. He was appointed to the role in April 2023. 

A health care veteran with experience leading hospitals, partnering with physicians, and with a strong focus on providing exceptional health care to the local community, Brett most recently served as the senior finance officer and chief information officer at Adventist Health in California. He spent two years as chief executive officer of AdventHealth-Orlando Hospital, and seven years as chief executive officer for Littleton Adventist Hospital under the now dissolved Centura organization.

Brett has been involved in global mission service for nearly 25 years. His mission work has taken him to Nepal, Rwanda, Argentine, Brazil, and Hong Kong. Currently, he is the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Scheer Memorial Adventist Hospital in Banepa, Nepal.

Brett’s leadership is well established with his diverse background in the health care industry and experience in various markets. He is also known to lead from the heart and has the highest respect for his team members.

Brett enjoys spending time with his wife, Holly, their two adult children and their spouses, and two grandchildren.
