Andy Boian is the CEO of dovetail solutions. He founded dovetail solutions in 2005, with this idea of facilitating the intersection of the corporate world with non-profit organizations/NGOs, and local, state and federal governments to accomplish seemingly intractable goals in communications, branding and marketing, community, and civic involvement, with results driven solutions. As its founder, Andy drives the direction, growth and strategy for the firm. Andy has a long and impressive resume and background, some of which you can read here.

On this episode of A Seat at the Table, Andy shares his personal and professional journey that saw him work in the Clinton White House, work in corporate communications and with a variety of nonprofits on the road to founding dovetail solutions. He and Debbie discuss how to disagree civilly in the name of shared goals, projects that stand out in his mind, why remains active in such a broad spectrum of projects, and what goals remain for him after a long and impressive career. Andy also tells a particularly harrowing story that served as an inflection point in his life.
