October 31 – Kelly Sloan – Ballot Issues Review
Kelly Sloan joins us for a review of some of the more controversial issues on this year’s ballot. We’ll discuss the proposed increase to the Colorado’s minimum wage, Amendment 70; requirements for constitutional amendments, Amendment 71; the proposed State Healthcare System, Amendment 69; Medical Aid in Dying, Proposition 106; Presidential Primary Election, Proposition 107; and Primary Elections, Proposition 108 as well as Amendment T, which changes language regarding "no exception to slavery."

November 1 – Stan Litow – P-Tech Schools   
An important innovation in high school and early college education has reached a small number of Colorado schools. We will talk with Stan Litow, IBM Vice President of Corporate Citizenship and Corporate Affairs, about the P-Tech schools emerging in the Saint Vrain School District. Partners in Technology Early College/ High School programs provide students with a six-year program to earn their high school diploma and concurrently complete an associate degree with the guidance of a mentor from an industry partner like IBM and several other companies participating in Colorado.  

November 2 – Stephanie Veck – Workforce Development  
Stephanie Veck, Director of the Colorado Workforce Development Council, joins us with a focus on Colorado’s talent pipeline. Her guest is Dr. Lauren Victor discussing the 2016 Talent Pipeline Report.   

November 3 – Adam Vasquez, Sacunas – How to Sell to Millennials
It’s time to recognize that the millennial generation is not only at work but in some key positions. Adam Vasquez, President and CEO of Sacunas, shares his knowledge of selling to millennials. They are looking for more than the best product at the best price –- your company needs to be ready to surpass your competitors, your reviews and your social responsibility ideals. 

November 4 – Peter Moore – VITAL for Colorado
Peter Moore, President and CEO of VITAL for Colorado, contributes to Connect & Collaborate by discussing the importance of energy production in the state along with prestigious members of the VITAL for Colorado Board. His guest will be Simon Lomax of Energy In Depth. They will discuss sources and funding of anti-oil and gas activism.
