August 1 – Doug Krug & Christine Kahane, Institute for Unlearning

August 2 – Brandon Busteed, Gallup
Brandon Busteed, Executive Director, Education & Workforce Development at Gallup, will discuss the value of a college degree in today’s ever-changing workforce landscape. This show is the second in the series with the Launch My Career Colorado webtool developed through College Measures partnership with American Institutes of Research work together with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation's Center for Education and Workforce and Gallup. August 3 – Partnership for a New American Economy
The Partnership for a New American Economy (PNAE) is launching their Reason for Reform campaign with a national day of action on August 3. We will talk with representatives from a coalition of business and community leaders from around the country who are coming together to hold 50 events in all 50 states to highlight the need for immigration reform. The Reason for Reform campaign will kick off with the release of 51 new reports, one for every state + Washington DC.

August 4 – Anna Ewing with Erik Mitisek, COIN
Anna joins us once again from the Colorado Innovation Network (COIN) with Erik Mitisek who is COIN’s CIO and Executive Director of Project X-ITE at the University of Denver. They will explore Colorado’s innovation economy, trends in public private partnerships that focus on innovation, and related opportunities ahead for Colorado.

August 5 – Peter Moore, VITAL for Colorado  
Peter Moore, President and CEO of VITAL for Colorado is a regular contributor to Connect & Collaborate, discussing the importance of energy production in the state. VITAL for Colorado is a coalition of industry leaders throughout Colorado who support a rational, well-regulated and competitive regulatory environment for energy production.
