Lyle is the Colorado Partner in Charge of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, a national law firm with more than 1,200 attorneys.

A corporate and mergers & acquisitions attorney, Lyle represents domestic and international clients as corporate and transactional counsel.

A graduate of George Mason University and the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, he has been active as a board member of multiple nonprofit boards focused on at-risk youth, as well as serving on the Executive Committee of the Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation.

Lyle and his wife Ashleigh live in Central Park with their two boxer dogs.
