Carrie Goddard is the General Manager of Operations at Chevron, where she leads production, facilities, pipeline, and remote operations across the Colorado region. In this role, she drives performance and innovation to safely and responsibly develop one of Chevron’s most dynamic businesses and the state’s most vital energy assets. Previously, Carrie served as General Manager of Business, overseeing key enabling functions including supply chain, land, regulatory permitting, commercial strategy, and value chain optimization, demonstrating her ability to integrate diverse business disciplines to consistently unlock enterprise value.
As an accomplished energy executive with over 25 years of experience, Carrie has held progressive leadership roles spanning complex operations, engineering, organizational transformation, and global strategy. Recognized as a change agent with a strategic mindset, she brings a people-first approach to leadership and is deeply committed to fostering talent, building strong cultures, and shaping the future of business through ingenuity.
Carrie began her career with Chevron in California and has worked assets across multiple basins in the United States, giving her a broad perspective on regional and national energy dynamics. She currently serves on the board of the Five Star Education Foundation, reflecting her dedication to education and community impact.
Carrie holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from West Virginia University and a master’s in information systems management from Carnegie Mellon University.
