Carolynne White is a shareholder at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck in Denver, where she focuses her practice on state government relations, real estate, and land use and development. With more than 30 years of real estate law experience, she guides clients through the zoning and entitlement process as it relates to redevelopment, both infill and urban renewal, and helps them identify and manage public financing tools such as tax increment finance, districts and public improvement fees.

A champion for her clients throughout all phases of a project, Carolynne draws on her deep relationships with elected officials and staff across Colorado’s local and state governments to ensure clients have the best information and the opportunity to be heard. Before joining Brownstein, she served as a staff attorney for the Colorado Municipal League and the Denver Water Board.

She holds a J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and an M.P.A./M.U.R.P. from the University of Colorado Denver. She has been recognized in Chambers USA, The Best Lawyers in America, and as a 5280 Top Lawyer, among other honors.

Carolynne is active in numerous community and civic organizations, serving on the boards of the Adams County Economic Development Corporation, the Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities, the Metro North Chamber of Commerce, and the Rocky Mountain Land Use Institute.
