Managing Director, Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries Group
Jeff has 25 years of commercial and investment banking experience and is presently a Managing Director of the Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries group within J.P. Morgan’s Commercial Bank. This group provides traditional corporate and investment banking products to its clients, including credit, cash management, capital markets and corporate finance advisory solutions.
Jeff is responsible for managing relationships with public and private companies within the Intermountain Region with revenues of $500 million and above. He is also a member of J.P. Morgan’s Colorado Market Leadership team. Previously, Jeff worked for Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a Managing Director in the Global Commercial Banking group. Prior to that role, Jeff spent over 18 years in Leverage Finance at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, providing complex debt solutions to clients in the energy and industrial sectors.
Jeff received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Economics and Organizational Behavior and Management from Brown University. He currently volunteers for Meals on Wheels. Jeff resides in Boulder with his wife, Dr. Mileidis Gort, who is a professor at the University of Colorado Boulder. They have a daughter, Isabela.
